worldXchange community is a unique platform for conscious thinkers and active doers interested in systemic development that promotes sustainable social change for the greater good.
Our Vision
We aim to build a pioneering action learning social innovation laboratory and community for leaders that provides systemic thinking and regenerates Social Energy for collective action in public, charity and private sector, whilst developing capabilities for enhanced collaboration so that multi-stakeholder partnerships can succeed and thrive.

Terms and conditions of becoming a member
After subscribing, joining the platform will take 3-4 working days to come into effect.Each member of the worldXchange community will enjoy the following benefits:

I think we all share the view that there is a need for greater sophistication and understanding of how people and organisations can collaborate together for the common good, in a world when there seems to be a retrenchment back to US and THEM.
We want to support and develop leaders and their teams to gain better practical understanding that we're all part of a bigger US, and therefore gain the capacity to work with difference to create better outcomes.
I look forward to some good debate and stimulating ideas as to how we can all work together on Clusters and other WXC projects.

We live in a world where on one hand connectivity is growing at an accelerating pace, and on the other, there is also greater division.
However, engagement between those who hold similar beliefs or belong to similar cultures is not enough. The real value opportunity for progress reaches across belief systems and cultures to bridge understanding, knowledge, resources and action.
However, despite being digitally connected, often more so than we are comfortable with, we need to learn how to connect at another level, the human one, and for something we believe is worth striving for. Herein lies the big question and the big challenge that we are willing to take on.
